If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order it may be possible to cancel your order. This also applies for pre-order products. Email us or contact us on our social media accounts and we'll do our best to help.

● All our products have a 100-Days Money Back Guarantee, and all items purchased within 100 days can be returned for a refund.

● Products are unable to be exchanged. However, you are able to return the unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).

● Must include a valid original purchase order number from Purchases made outside of must contact respective seller for returns.

● Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.

● Aside for Elite and Executive rewards members, return shipping is at buyer's cost unless stated otherwise by our support team.

● Customer will be given a Product Refund—shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded.

● If you are not using our pre-paid shipping label, we suggest adding a tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure your return is received. KENSEN is not liable for lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery.

● The prepaid return label is not available for international returns.

* Promotional Gift Items: All promotional gift items are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, or Warranties.
* Bundle Items: To receive a refund, you must return all items within the bundle. Whatever discounted bundled items are not returned, will convert into a full price purchase, and the order will be refunded accordingly.

How to Return?

How to claim your money back:

1. It is necessary to trial your product for at least 70 Days from date of delivery, but for no more than 100 days.

3. Once approved, return our product (in its original packaging) via a trackable mail service to the address provided by our customer care representative.

4. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible claims will be deemed invalid.

5. Real postage costs for the sending and return of the product are the full responsibility of the Claimant and will not be refunded.

6. Once returned, your product purchase price will be refunded to you. Refunds will be processed in their original form of payment only. Please allow up to 30 days for your credit card company to process your credit.
